Dehydrated milk kefir grains

1/2 tsp of dried kefir grains that have only been used in organic raw milk. Free shipping

To rehydrate: add the milk kefir grains to a small amount of milk 1/4c , preferably raw. Allow to sit for 24 hours and then strain the milk off and replace it with fresh milk. The kefir grains will become plump and start producing milk kefir but it can take several days to several weeks depending on the temperature of your home.

PLEASE NOTE:These grains will be shipped first class "non machineable" and could take a bit longer than typical first class as each envelope is handled by hand instead of machines so that the grains don't get crushed in the mailing process
